This course is ideal for anyone who may be required to provide first aid at work, including those in security, retail, hospitality, construction, and office environments. It’s also perfect for individuals who want to gain essential life-saving skills for personal or professional purposes.
You’ll cover a wide range of first aid skills, including CPR for adults, children, and infants; use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED); managing bleeding, burns, fractures, and shock; treating choking; and assessing and responding to incidents safely and effectively.
No. This course is suitable for beginners and requires no previous first aid experience. All the essential skills will be taught and practised during the training.
